Product Introduction
The HD-E802 UV Weathering Aging Chamber uses a fluorescent UV lamp that can best simulate the UV section of the sunlight spectrum, and combines temperature control and humidity supply devices to simulate factors such as high temperature, high humidity, condensation and dark cycles of the sunlight (UV section) that cause damage to materials such as discolouration, loss of brightness and strength; cracking, flaking, chalking and oxidation, etc.
At the same time, the synergistic effect between UV light and humidity makes materials Single light resistance or single moisture resistance weakened or failed, and thus widely used for the evaluation of the weather resistance of materials.
Test Principle
The UV Weathering Aging Chamber simulates the effects of sunlight, rain and dew, using fluorescent UV lamps to simulate the effects of sunlight, condensing moisture to simulate dew and a water spray system to simulate rain.
The test material is subjected to a cycle of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature.
Test Standard
ASTM G154, ISO 4892-3.
