From Detection to Innovation: our experience at the Malaysian Exhibition

As a manufacturer of testing equipment for the furniture category, we were proud to be able to participate in the Furniture Show in Malaysia. As an exhibitor, we were able to showcase our latest products, share our technical and practical experience and meet new customers and partners. In this article, I would like to share our takeaways and experiences from the Malaysian exhibition.

First and foremost, the exhibition is an important platform to showcase new products and technologies. At the exhibition, we presented our latest furniture testing equipment, demonstrating and introducing it to the visitors. Most visitors were very interested in our products and spoke highly of our technology. We are proud to learn that our products have been purchased and used by many customers who appreciate the high quality, reliability and ease of use.

Secondly, the exhibition is a great opportunity to learn and network. We were able to visit other booths and learn about the latest products and technologies from other companies. We are also able to interact with each other and share our practical experience and market insights with other exhibitors and experts. This exchange not only helps us to improve our skills and knowledge but also helps us to understand market needs and trends and further optimize our products and services.

Finally, trade fairs are an effective way of building customer relationships. By attending exhibitions, we can establish initial contacts with potential customers, which can then develop into long-term relationships. We can demonstrate our products and technologies to them, answer their queries and get their feedback and comments. In this way, we can enhance our customers’ trust and recognition, helping us to expand into new markets and increase sales.

I have learned that it is very important for furniture manufacturers to purchase furniture testing equipment. This equipment ensures that the furniture produced meets national standards and customer requirements, which can increase market competitiveness.

Secondly, I have found that the most common testing equipment in this area includes strength testers, environmental analyzers, and furniture wear-testers. These testing devices are useful at different stages of furniture production.

Of particular note, I noticed at the fair that some new furniture testing equipment is also starting to appear. For example, some artificial intelligence-based testing equipment allows for a more accurate assessment of the quality and sturdiness of the furniture.

Overall, the experience at the Malaysia show was invaluable. Through the show, we were able to not only showcase our products and technologies but also learn and network and build customer relationships. We are confident that we will continue to leverage our strengths and innovation to provide better products and services to our customers at future exhibitions.
