Product Introduction
Rapid-rate Thermal Cycle Chamber can evaluata the failure mechanical properties ofproduct; normally the temperature ramp rate is less than 20℃/min,which can achieve thereal application environment of testing sample by the fastest ramp rate.
The chamber is applied to the screening test and failure mode evaluation ofphotoelectric components,interconnection circuits, component units and electronicdevices.
