Vibration Test System with Temperature and Humidity Chamber is mainly a combination of a test chamber and a vibration test system. During the test, temperature, humidity, vibration (high or low temperature), sinusoidal vibration or random vibration, and electrical stress are applied to the sample in the same climate test chamber according to a specified period to carry out a comprehensive temperature, humidity and vibration test.
Advantages of Haida Test Chambers
This system integrates an environmental test chamber with a vibration testing system. During testing, temperature, humidity, vibration under high- or low-temperature conditions, sinusoidal or random vibration, and electrical stress are applied to the test specimen in the same climatic chamber according to specified test cycles.
It is designed for combined temperature, humidity, and vibration testing to evaluate the specimen’s performance and reliability under multiple environmental stresses. Typical applications include combined environmental reliability testing, reliability growth testing, reliability qualification testing (RQC), product reliability acceptance testing (PRAT), routine testing, and environmental stress screening (ESS).
