Product Introduction
Xenon Aging Test Chamber adopts xenon arc lamp which can imitate the full spectrum of sunlight to reappear destructive spectral wave that exists in different environment. It can provide the corresponding simulation environment and accelerated test for scientific research, product development and quality control. Xenon lamp aging test chamber can be used for the choice of new materials, improving of existing materials, or the test of evaluating the durability of material composition when it is changed. It can imitate different environmental conditions to observe changes of the materials which were exposed in the sun.
Application Industrial
- Xenon Aging Test Chamber adopts xenon lamp to simulate ultraviolet light, visible light and infrared light in the natural climate to use light to photoaging the product, so as to quickly get the result of whether the product is light resistant. It is mainly suitable for coating, building materials, textiles, furniture leather and other industries.
- Coating: People are placed outdoors, so the shell on the car needs to do a light test to see whether the material of the shell will age under the light for a long time.
- Building materials: can be divided into structural materials, decorative materials and some special materials. Materials exposed to sunlight for a long time need to use xenon lamp aging test chamber to detect the light resistance.
- Textiles: It is easy to understand that the clothes people wear, the curtains at home, etc., need light tests to detect whether they will fade after a long time.
- Furniture leather: A good set of furniture believe that a family will use 40, 50 years, of course, good furniture is also needed to do the test, not only need to do the light test, but also need to do the temperature and humidity test, so as to determine whether the sofa will be peeled after many years of use.
